I am a Group Lead in the AI for Health (AI4Health) direction at Lingang Lab. This initiative focuses on applying deep learning with national real-world medical data to solve practical problems in drug discovery and medical informatics.
袁博，2026年全职加入临港国家实验室做医疗信息大组的方向负责人。主要的方向是将AI应用在大规模临床数据上，在国家队层面建立大模型助力药物开发和国家级AI辅助原子化健康管理平台。团队快速扩张中，所以招人，从RA、研究生、博后到独立PI都招。
Our current work involves building and scaling AI models that integrate genomic data with clinical insights to accelerate therapeutic development.

My previous projects span broadly from academic research to industrial translation, including roles at Harvard/MIT/Broad/DFCI, as well as at DeepMind (Science team, or the AlphaFold team), Google (brain genomics), Tencent (AI Lab), and Merck (PK/PD and data sciences team).
